1. Screw conveyors - SD, SD-B

The screw conveyor is designed for transport of screenings and substances of a similar nature. The SD is most often used in waste water treatment plants where, installed behind screens, it provides transport of screenings from screens to a container or a press. Screw conveyors are delivered in two design configurations: 1. with shaft screw - SD configuration, 2. with shaftless screw - SD-B configuration

Conveyor length: L with shaft 1,5 ÷ 6 m
  shaftless 1.5 ÷ 20 m

2. Screw presses for screenings with washing - LSP

.

Screw press for screenings with washing is designed for washing (reduction of feaces), dewatering and compaction of screenings caught on screens and for their transport to the collecting tank. It is mainly used in waste water treatment plants to reduce the quantity of free water and organic substances in screenings and thus make them more suitable for transport and storage.

Screw diameter: F D 200, 250, 330 mm
Hopper/delivery length: L/Ld 500; 750 a 1000 / 2000 ÷ 6000 mm
Dewatering rate: up to 40% of weight; 40 ÷ 60% of volume
Power input: 1.5 ÷ 4.0 kW / 400 V / 50 Hz
Wash and jet water input: (during operation): 2 x electromagnetic valve 3/4"; 0.8 ls-1 at 0.5 MPa; 34 VA; 230 V

3. Hydraulic presses for screenings with washing - LSH-P

.

The hydraulic press for screenings with washing is designed for washing, dewatering and compaction of screenings caught on the screen and for their transport to the container.

Quantity transported: up to 4 m3.h-1
Hydraulic ram diameter: FD = 265 or 315 mm
Charging hole dimensions: (part of feeding hopper) 500 x min. 500 mm (according to screen dimensions)
Delivery length: Ld = 2000 ÷ 6000 m according to container position and dimensions
Dewatering rate: 50 ÷ 60% of volume and weight
Power input: hydraulic unit 1.5 or 2.2 kW / 400 V / 50 Hz
Wash and jet water input:
(during operation)
2xelectromagnetic valve 3/4"; 0.8 l.s-1 at 0.5 MPa; 34 VA; 230 V
