Stationary pneumatic transport - feeders

The feeders are used for conveying dry, loose, powdery, fine-grained and granulated materials, ground lime, limestone, cement, mortars, foundry sand, corn, fly ash, plastic, flour etc.).

Types of feeders:

  • cell
  • screw
  • rotary
  • tank

 

 

Cell feeders

Cell feeders PAK, PKJ

  • maximum temperature of conveyed materil is + 200 °C 
  • feeders´ volumes are 0.16 to 8 m3
  • feeders are produced in left or in right design
  • bulk weight of the aerated material max. 2000 kg.m-3. 
  • the overpressure of control air shall be between 0,4 and 0,6 MPa
  • conveying capacities 10 to 150 t.h-1

 

 

 

Screw feeders

Screw feeders ("Fuller pump")

  • they are used for conveying to high-pressure pneumatic transport
  • maximum temperature of conveying material + 160 °C
  • conveying performance 19.6 to 175.5 m3.h-1
  • screw diameters 100, 125, 200
  • they are fitted with driving electric motor

 

Screw feeders PSC 315 and PSA 315

  • basic working position is horizontal
  • they are used for filters and separators dust
  • maximum temperature of flame-proof materials + 200 °C, flammable materials + 80 °C
  • maximum bulk weight 2.3 t.m-3.
  • conveying performance 6.5 to 16 m3.h-1
  • They are fitted with driving electric motor

 

 

 

 

Rotary feeders

Rotary feeders PRB, PRE, PRD

  • they are used as hopper closures, pressure closures or closures against air dispersion
  • maximum temperature of transported material + 200°C
  • sizes: 200, 250, 315, 400
  • driving with electric motor with gearbox (can be delivered with speed sensor)
  • transport output 5.6 to 30.8 m3.h-1



 

 

 

Tank feeders

Tank feeders PZR, PZD

  • they are designed for the reception, storage and direct pneumatic transport
  • tank volume 40 to 90 m3
  • maximum temperature of storage material + 100 °C
