Gas boilers - Condensing
Floor-standing gas boilers make a classic solution for gas heating especially of houses. One advantage could be the usage of forced flue gas exhaustion - especially if current chimney for secondary fuel source is used, f. e. boiler for solid fuels. Our boilers are prepared for priority water heating in the external reservoir.
Wall-hung boilers make an elegant solution for gas heating in the flats and modern basementless houses. A possibility of usage in other space saving rooms is matter of fact - with a possibility of flue gas installation to chimney or forced exhaustion (called turbo).
Regarding price rising of natural gas we have to underline an efficiency and austerity of condensing boilers. A spectrum of output of our condensing boilers can ensure an optimal heating not only in the flats and houses but they can be also used in the larger objects. The boilers are applied also at reconstruction because of their dimensions and variable system of flue system.

Condensing boiler CLAUDIUS is produced in two versions – version only for heating and version with preparation of hot water in external reservoir. Land-type condensing boiler CLAUDIUS can be equipped with hot-water heater OV100L, that is designed in the same design as the boiler.
The condensing boiler can be also used as a heat source in the heating systems with large water volume. Old gravity heating systems with cast iron radiators are a typical example.
Emission value of the condensing boiler CLAUDIUS are far from the level that is necessary for gaining eco-label. Compared to classical construction the condensing boiler CLAUDIUS can better derive benefit from energy bound in fuel, and that´s why the operation does not burden living environment.
Condensation/saving – at combustion of natural gas some water quantity rises. Than vaporiform water together with carbon dioxide makes combustion products and drains away. Thermal combustion products take a part of hidden thermal energy, so called latent heat, that currently drains away the boiler and it is not utilized.
If these combustion products are cooled under their temperature of condensation point – 56°C, their state change gives out that means the condensation contained steam and to following release the hidden heat.
Regarding to higher efficiency and superior regulation of condensing boilers the savings reach approximately 15 % and at utilization of floor heating for up to 30 % that means a return on investment can be expected after 4-5 years.
